Ozoz Sokoh

Ozoz Sokoh is a Nigerian food writer, explorer and 'traveller by plate'. She cooks, eats, dreams, writes, and photographs all things food on her blog called "Kitchen Butterfly".  Sokoh also examines the social, cultural and economic practices relating to production and consumption of food with a focus on how food is about much more than eating.
