Nicaragua protests: First anniversary march halted
Hundreds of police filled the streets in Managua hours before the march was set to begin.
Police in Nicaragua have stopped a march commemorating the first anniversary of anti-government protests.
Last year, more than 300 people were killed in clashes while protesting against cuts to social security benefits.
