US’s Blinken blames Hamas for Gaza ceasefire deal hold-up

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken told Al Jazeera he blames Hamas for the lack of agreement on a ceasefire in Gaza, stating again that Israel had accepted the UN-backed proposal but that Hamas had proposed changes to it.
