Belarus activist challenges ‘Europe’s last dictator’ in election

In a week’s time, Belarus will vote for a new president.

Few people are expecting anyone to beat incumbent Alexander Lukashenko, who has ruled for more than 25 years and is labelled by many as Europe’s last dictator.
