On the Day of the Dead, families in Mexico celebrate the spirits of their deceased loved ones.
As part of the haunted celebrations, a legend is also told throughout the country of what happened when Mexico was conquered by Spain.
This year politicians are pushing for the story of La Llorona or “the wailer” to become an official part of the country’s cultural heritage.
