Wealth gap fuels discontent in Hong Kong
City’s economic gap is one of the largest in the world, and many complain about the lack of affordable housing.

It has been almost two weeks since protesters demanding free and fair elections brought parts of Hong Kong to a standstill.
Many of those out on the streets were motivated as much by the desire for greater democracy as the struggles to survive in the city with a widening wealth gap.
Al Jazeera’s Adrian Brown reports from Hong Kong.
