ICC Bemba case: Appeal court overturns conviction

Supporters of Jean-Pierre Bemba have been celebrating after the former Congolese vice president’s war crimes convictions were overturned.
A majority of judges a the International Criminal Court ruled that Bemba could not be held responsible for the horrific acts of his militia, in 2002.
