UN warns of humanitarian disaster in Syria’s Idlib

About 500 civilians have been killed since the Syrian government offensive began nine weeks ago.

Nearly 500 civilians – many of them women and children – have been killed since the Russia-backed Syrian government offensive began nine weeks ago.

On the ground, Syrian forces are being accused of conducting a scorched-earth policy of destroying crops.
