US official pressed about killings of Hind Rajab and Samer Abudaqa

US State Department spokesman Matthew Miller was questioned about investigations into the killings of Al Jazeera cameraman Samer Abudaqa, and 6-year-old Hind Rajab and her family in Gaza.
