Nigeria election outcome puts hopes for democracy in doubt

Nigeria‘s general election may have ended weeks ago but the outcome has left many wondering if the country’s democracy is growing at all.

More than half of the newly elected members of parliament have no previous legislative experience.

That has left many Nigerians worried about their performance ability.
